We are not in this alone.

 Canada's founding document is the British North America Act states in it's first paragraph that we have a constitution similar in principal to that of the UK. Canada has never experienced a lawful rebellion, at least not a broadly based one that was successful. So we need to look at constitutional development in the UK to understand what is happening now. What is happening in the UK right now?

Declaration By The British Constitution Group

We, the British People have a right to govern ourselves. That right has been subjugated as a consequence of acts of treason having been committed by the collective political establishment, aided and abetted by corrupt segments of the judiciary, the police, the Church and the civil service.

Furthermore, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, whose position has been usurped by a corrupt House of Commons and who has been forced into the destruction of her Kingdom and the breaking of her Coronation Oath, no longer governs us in accordance with our laws and customs, as was the situation when she was elected by the people as our Sovereign and our Head of State.

Why Her Majesty has failed in her duty is not for us to judge at this point in time - Her Majesty has however been made aware of the situation and is now duty bound to make amends.

A political elite has for some time manipulated the electoral system to deprive the people of true democratic representation by constructing a party political system that has allowed, indeed encouraged, acts of treason to have been committed.

As a direct consequence of the betrayal of the British people by the collective political establishment, and others, the British Constitution Group is calling for Lawful Rebellion, as is our right under article 61 Magna Carta 1215.

How do we engage in Lawful Rebellion? This is a decision that must be made well. If this decision is made poorly, everything after it will be tainted.

"We" have fought this fight many times before. "We" are Canadians, people from all over the world that have invaded a vast empty continent. The small pox blankets were really effective at decimating indigenous nations. It was genocide and it was brutally effective and unfortunately carries on to this day. Since the invasion of North America the immigrant nations of Mexico, United States and Canada have carved North America up. A testament to the strategic effectiveness of the genocidal techniques used, the indigenous people never posed a serious threat to these new nations and the sovereignty they claimed over this land. 

The United States was born of lawful rebellion and became a Constitutional Republic. Their constitution contains all the basic rights that people have been fighting for and re-establishing in constitutional governments since the Magna Carta.

Canada never rebelled against the Crown and as a result we live in a constitutional monarchy. Constitutional monarchy is not a "government", it's the deal between the people's government and the monarchy. The people's government is given body and structure in the form of a Corporation we call Canada. We democratically elect Canada's boards of directors in the parliament and senate. These parliamentarians are supposed to keep their promise of loyalty to the Crown and by extension to our constitution which our monarch has sworn to govern us by. Unfortunately they have been passing statutes and acts that demonstrate that they are no longer loyal, they are in fact engaging in treason. Canada is now involved in two illegal wars of aggression for which many of our parliamentarians should be charged with war crimes. 

Tactics for rebellion alone are easy to understand and rather brutish. Plug back in to the matrix and watch any Hollywood action movie to see the tools and techniques. Lawful Rebellion is far more complicated. You do have a constitutional right to arms and to defend yourself and your property. That being said, if non-violent means of defending yourself exist, Canada's system of common law has clearly stated that you are expected to use them. So unplug from the matrix and ignore the rebellious methods they have tried to teach us. Learn our history instead, because we have fought this battle before and we won.

Anonymous 

Anonymous has shown up in force to support the people on the street. The thing about Anonymous is that it is going to have honest people with skills that are legitimately upset with the system. It is also going to have it's share of agents provocateurs and false flag attacks. We will have to see how Anonymous deals with these threats. Anonymous has identified some of the police officers that were responsible for the most egregious cases of abuse caught on tape and published this online. 

More important than the names of the organizations are the tools and tactics being used, because they are effective.  The tactic is Leaderless Resistance. No one needs to get orders from head quarters. Everyone involved is self motivated and self directed. The tools are too numerous to have a complete list but the communications tools should be mentioned.

IRC is an old internet tool, and an excellent one at that. IRC is so old that many people don't even know about it because they started using the internet after other tools eclipsed it in popularity. It enables worldwide real time text chatting in "channels". You can setup your own IRC server, you can just join some of the IRC networks that are already out there. BOT's are software tools that automate functions like the granting of administrative control of chat channels, chat channel logging and last seen. These BOT applications have been around for years and some are advanced enough to fool you in a Turning test in short conversations. Throughout the 90's "script kiddies" sharpened their teeth with the opening salvo's of internet warfare. Distributed Denial of Service attacks were developed and used by these script kiddies to knock each other off the internet. Little groups of competing script kiddies would gather and take each others servers and IRC networks offline. The IRC applications were hardened and are now resilient to attack. IRC will provide you with real time chat functions with anyone, anywhere in the world. Passwords and email addresses are not required to enter into the IRC networks. This is used for real time collaboration, coordination and self organization self directed people.

Twitter is being used by the people in the field to get reports out. Twitter is being used by people that are remote to repost. Hash tags like #occupynewyork are used within Twitter to organize the streams of information. Web sites have plugins that repost twitter feeds.

Facebook is being used to share videos and articles about what is happening. Facebook's event planning is useful for some groups to coordinate their activities. As a movement we need to keep away from this tool. It is building a huge repository and is indexed and searchable by the establishment.

A new tool has some out and it is being put though it's first crisis run. It is called Vibe and it is like Twitter except it does not require an account. It also has a location based messaging function. This is useful when you go into whisper mode and only random people who are also using the tool in your general vicinity get the messages. This can help people coordinate anonymously within the crowd.
