The Truth and Freedom Party of Canada is dedicated to the sovereignty of the individual in a time when governments seek to dominate and control.

• Bill C-6 enables inspectors of the Minister of Health to enter your private property without a search warrant and seize your property. Bill C-6 allows the imposition of monetary penalties without having to resort to a criminal standard of proof or court procedures. Introduced to Parliament January 29th, 2009 currently being debated in the Senate.

• Bill C-47 requires Internet Service Providers to setup snooping systems and report any information they have to the police—WITHOUT A WARRANT.

• Lockdowns in schools treat our children as criminals, they are “locked down”, their rights have been suspended. Lockdowns indoctrinate our children with a passive response in the face of imminent life threatening danger.

• Police used Agents Provocateurs during the peaceful protests of the Security and Prosperity Partnership meeting in Montebello. No criminal charges have been laid and the Government of Quebec still has not released any information related to the investigation.
